THE BEETLES quilt- about 65" x 80"

Kinda think this would make a perfect little boy quilt!

Did you know that beetles make up one fifth of all known living organism? Apparently one in four animal alive on the planet is a beetle! Who knew?   I'm no entomologist, but found these little guys truly fascinating.  

A little research, looking at a lot of pictures of real beetles, and the whimsical quirky fabric designs were on their way- (with quite a bit of artistic liberty taken).
